FX’s ‘FUED’ Starring Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon Gets Premiere Date

FUED, an eight-part series developed by Ryan Murphy (creator of American Horror Story) premieres March 5th, tells the  behind the scenes story of the filming for the 1962 camp classic “What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?,” starred Joan Crawford and Bette Davis. It is known that the two women had a tumultuous relationship. Lange will portray Crawford and Sarandon portraying Davis.

During the panel at the Television Critics Association press tour, Ryan delved into his reasoning behind developing the series, added “What i love about [Feud] is it is set is in 1962, but the themes and issue in the show are so modern,’ he said.Women are still going through this stuff today — nothing has really changed. We wanted to dig into that aspect.”
